Spencers' School of Hard Knocks

Spencer’s School of Hard Knocks is for Intermediate to Advanced level students. Spencer Fearon, “the loudest mouth in British boxing”, aims to amplify you on many levels; physically, mentally and spiritually! Very few possess the knowledge that only Spencer can deliver with this degree of passion, he not only teaches you how to do it, he also tells you why with a step-by-step breakdown of how it was done by the legends of boxing throughout history. Spencer will take you through the fundamentals of what a professional fighter is all about and help develop your boxing technique whilst instilling a greater sense of confidence and camaraderie.

Spencer's School of Hard Knocks classes start this Monday 14th March 2011 at 6.15pm and will take place every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening at 6.15pm thereafter.
