Class Schedule

The Real Fight Club offers 32 classes a week, free for all our members. Classes range from beginners to advanced, fast-paced calorie burning sessions to the Legends of Boxing Master Classes taught by world class professional trainers and a host of champion boxers; held in the past by Lennox Lewis, David Haye, Roy Jones Jr. and Carl Froch.

Our schedule lies at the heart of our training success and we revise it regularly to ensure members have the best, most diverse regime of boxing training around. Driven by current and former professional boxers and trainers, we're always looking for ways to bring the best of British boxing to our club.

The Boxing, MMA, Kickboxing and Thai-Boxing training sessions are open to everyone, regardless of your past boxing experience, ability, fitness or gender. In addition, we offer personal Boxing training so we can tailor a training program specifically to your needs.

Beginners' Boxing

Introducing boxing and our instructors to our newer members. Learn to box; pick up good habits early on. Great way to learn the art of boxing and get your fitness levels up.

Cardio Box

This session uses boxing training to improve fitness. The emphasis is on losing weight, improving both muscle tone and stamina.

Express 30

The double espresso of classes; short but very effective! This 30 minute session is for those pushed for time but wanting to shake off the office for half an hour. A circuit style class with minimum rest between exercises.

Tech Box

This is the workout for the member who wants to improve his/her boxing technique, whether or not they intend sparring. The class focuses on boxing fundamentals with less emphasis on fitness, though members will still enjoy a good workout.

Supervised Sparring

These sessions are controlled by one of our qualified trainers and participants are matched by weight and experience. To ensure safety, the emphasis is on technique, not power.

Ten Hard Rounds

Emulating the pure workout of an experienced Professional Boxer, reaching championship level. Incorporating skipping, shadow boxing, bag work, pad work and where feasible touch sparring. Finishing off by ground work and stretch out.

Spencers' School of Hard Knocks

Spencer’s School of Hard Knocks is for Intermediate to Advanced level students. Spencer Fearon, “the loudest mouth in British boxing”, aims to amplify you on many levels; physically, mentally and spiritually! Very few possess the knowledge that only Spencer can deliver with this degree of passion, he not only teaches you how to do it, he also tells you why with a step-by-step breakdown of how it was done by the legends of boxing throughout history. Spencer will take you through the fundamentals of what a professional fighter is all about and help develop your boxing technique whilst instilling a greater sense of confidence and camaraderie.

MMA

Train in a wide variety of combat skills. Mixed Martial Arts is influenced by a mixture of marial arts from traditional and non-traditional backgrounds and is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. These classes will allow you to develop your speed, strength, flexibility and ultimately your own fighting style. Our coach, Chris Kistan, holds instructor and coach grades in Karate, Kung-Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu with over 20 years of experience.

Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing classes allow you to experience the art of kickboxing for a great cardiovascular workout leaving you feeling strong, fit and empowered. You may even choose to embark on our in-house grading programme to get you on the course to your Black Belt.

Thai-Boxing

Thai-Boxing classes are specifically designed to promote the level of fitness and toughness required for ring competition. Muay Thai has recently gained recognition as a very effective striking base within MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). This class is an intense full-body conditioning workout, focusing largely on the technical aspect of this devastatingly effective martial art.
