Michael Ogori
Michael is a qualified fitness and conditioning instructor as well as a skilled boxing coach. Michael has been boxing for over 7 years at amateur level and has taken part in both national and international competitions where he has proudly boxed on the England team. Michael believes that boxing training provides the individual with a vast amount of focus by conditioning the body as well as the mind. Michael delivers a comprehensive one-to-one fitness program which combines strength and conditioning with boxing training. Michael implements realistic goals but always exceeds his clients’ expectations of personal achievement.
